Login to your Operator Control Panel now, go to: Once logged in, click the menu link: Guest Login Link Reply back to this email and paste the Guest Login Link for your
room in the email. Please tell us your time zone and when you are
available to meet live online for a few minutes of quick training. Step Three Download the newest version of Live Conference PRO™. The program will
open after installation. Open the meeting room program, and then login as an Operator.
NOTE: Select "Login As OPERATOR" from the drop-down menu. Place a check in the "Store Info" box to make your login fast and easy next time. Enter the username and password that was sent to your email address. Click "OK" to login. You are now ready to receive your free live training where we will

objectives. Step Four Download and install your Web Seminar Recorder. Before holding a live online meeting, it is highly recommended that you first create a recorded presentation, then upload this to your website. You could include the link to this presentation in the Guest invitations you send or simply have it available to send in the text chat area of your meeting room and inform Guests that in the event they experience connection or audio problems they can simply click the link to your recorded presentation.
