One year of free web conference private label support is included with
your installation.
5. What are the limitations of the private
label web conference system?
The number of simultaneous users (concurrent connections) that
can use your
web conference system is only limited by the server hardware,
bandwidth, and the
features being used in web conference meeting rooms at that time.
6. Does the price include integration into our payment
processor?
Yes.
7. Can we use the Licensors sales materials and tutorials?
No. However, we do include a comprehensive Online Help System, FAQ
and Support Ticket
page.
8. Will I be a reseller or an affiliate for the Licensor?
No. Live Conference PRO™ is a true web
conference private label service and solution. You
receive a clone of the primary web conference system with your company name, links
and icon. It will be installed on your server. Your clients pay
you directly.
9. What are the custom programming options?
Customizations include:
• Default skin selection for the meeting room interface.
• Name of the program visible to all room owners (Operators) and
their Guests.
• Program start menu and desktop icons.
• Any language required.
